Jeremy is known for getting people strong, with his eye for technique deficiencies and structural imbalances and weakness - even an advanced lifter will make significant progress. His ability to get his general population clients in the best shape of their lives by increasing their quality of movement and introducing them to healthy lasting lifestyle changes has carved out a reputation as one of the top trainers in the Tasman region, if the not the country.
